Kashmir Viewer Appoints Shafaq Amal Shah as Legal Advisor

Kashmir Viewer News Magazine has appointed Shafaq Amal Shah as Legal Advisor to further strengthen the magazine’s legal team.

Shafaq Amal Shah completed her law degree from Jamia Millia Islamia and is currently practicing as an advocate at the Sessions Court and High Court in Srinagar.

Her appointment is being seen as an important addition to the publication’s legal team.

With this appointment, Shafaq Amal Shah joins the magazine’s legal advisory team, which includes Umer Mir, Advocate at the J&K High Court, and Ummar Jamal, Advocate at the J&K High Court.

The management of Kashmir Viewer welcomed the appointment of Shafaq Amal Shah as Legal Advisor and expressed confidence that her legal expertise and professional experience will contribute significantly to the institution and further strengthen its legal affairs.

Over the years, her work has spanned a wide range of legal matters, with particular experience in defamation, media-related disputes, and intellectual property issues.
She is also an empanelled counsel for J&K Bank and Life Insurance Corporation of India.
